Long-lasting burners and enameled grill grate
The 3 burners with a total of 7 kW output are made of stainless steel. This makes them very durable and corrosion-resistant. In addition, they are protected from dripping meat juice or marinade by stainless steel aroma rails. As the name suggests, these flavorizer bars also provide additional flavor to the grilled food as soon as the meat juice evaporates on them. The three burners are infinitely adjustable using the front controls and are ignited quickly and safely using the Snap Jet ignition system. This works effortlessly with one hand. So if you already have the grill tongs ready in one hand, you can light your Spirit Grill with the other.
Since the burners can be regulated independently of each other, both indirect and direct grilling is possible with the Spirit E 310. The temperature inside the grill can be read using the integrated lid thermometer, so that the food always cooks at the right temperature.
Just like the lid, the grill grates are porcelain-enameled. They are made of cast iron and therefore store the heat from the burners particularly well. When grilling, this creates beautiful grill branding on your grilled food.
The side tables can be ideally used as a work and storage surface and also offer cutlery hooks to safely store grill tongs or spatulas within easy reach of the grill. Optional Weber Works accessories can also be attached here.
Ideal for the garden and terrace
Its size makes this grill ideal for use on the terrace or in the garden. Its wheels make it easy to move, so that on the one hand you can grill in the most beautiful places in the garden and on the other hand the grill can quickly disappear into the garden shed or garage when not in use.
Depending on the size of the balcony, the Spirit E-310 can of course easily fit there.
Cleaning and care
The gas grill should be protected from the weather, dust or pollen with a protective cover when not in use and, if possible, parked in a protected manner. Cleaning is easy with mild soapy water. However, the grill grate should only be cleaned with a soft grill brush to avoid damage and corrosion.
