High-quality built-in pool in concrete construction

The Jou kit pool consists of high-quality wall elements, which are screwed together after construction and then filled with concrete. This means the pool is very stable and, thanks to the concrete pool, is winter-proof even in winter without being heated. This design also offers the possibility of building the pool as an above-ground pool. In this case, the outer walls of the wall elements can be covered with any material, creating a real eye-catcher in the garden.

Clean water thanks to the textile membrane filter system

Thanks to the textile membrane filter system of the Jou Pool, you are assured of clean water. It filters coarse and fine dirt particles from the pool and requires very little maintenance. For example, backwashing, as with a sand filter system, is not necessary. And best of all, since it is designed as a top-mounted filter system, meaning it is attached directly to the pool wall, there is no need to lay additional piping. Only a power connection is required.

Thanks to its filter performance of 18,000 l/h it manages to circulate almost the entire pool contents in an hour.

Subsoil and care

Similar to wooden or WPC pools Kit pools are intended for long-term use and usually have a large capacity. Therefore, the installation site must be very stable and load-bearing. Therefore, a concrete foundation is absolutely necessary. This distributes the load evenly across the floor, does not give in irregularly and thus offers the pool a secure footing. As with other types of pools, the surface must be absolutely flat and free of stones, roots or other sharp objects before construction. In any case, the manufacturer's assembly instructions should always be followed, as the structure can always vary slightly depending on the manufacturer.

The care is similar to that of other pools. The water quality should be checked regularly, the water should be cleaned of coarse and fine dirt particles and the pool should be covered with a tarpaulin when not in use. The pool should be cleaned with special cleaning agents.

Before winterization, some of the water should be drained and accessories (if available) such as pumps, heating systems, hoses, etc. should be dismantled and stored away from frost. The remaining water remains in the pool so that there is no damage to the pool and liner.
