The solid wood panel made of acacia has an excellent high strength. Despite its high elasticity, the wood has very good staying power. In order to particularly highlight the wood structure, the worktop was pre-treated with colorless oil. Acacia is a hardwood and is therefore ideal for stable table tops. The table top has a glued wooden border to beautifully cover the cut edges of the herringbone slats. This processed wooden border cannot be subsequently delivered as a single strip.

The slat widths can vary depending on the type of wood, format and batch. Always treat on both sides and on all edges and cutouts to avoid warping of the wood. Do not store near heat sources.
