With the Chimney Filter Catalyst from Kleining you can retrofit your fireplace so that it can be prevented from being shut down or replaced. Fireplaces built between 1995 and 2010 must be replaced or retrofitted by the end of 2024 if the prescribed standards are not met.

Retrofitting is so easy:

1. An approx. 300 mm long section is cut out of the existing chimney pipe.
2. The new pipe with an inspection flap and the filter catalytic converter is inserted.
3. The heart of the chimney filter catalytic converter is a metal support that has proven itself 300 million times in cars and trucks worldwide. Easy to clean: unscrew the flap, remove the metal support and carefully tap it off. Reinsert the carrier, unscrew the flap and you're done
4. The chimney filter catalytic converter reduces more than 30% of fine dust and, thanks to a coating with precious metals, also more than 60% of carbon monoxide, at nominal heat output.
