The Lumin Compact electric grill from Weber is a versatile all-rounder that, in addition to pure grilling, can also steam, smoke, keep warm and defrost and impress every grill master with its performance.
Powerful and flexible in use
The 2.2 kW heating element generates temperatures of over 315° C, so that the grill is hardly inferior to its coal and gas siblings in terms of performance. The first food can be placed on the 43 x 28 cm large, porcelain-enameled cast iron grill grate after a short heating time of 10 - 15 minutes. The grill can also be used extremely flexibly. Thanks to its compact design, it can be easily transported and only requires a normal household socket.
Smoke-free grilling or not?
One of the main advantages of an electric grill is the fact that you can grill with it smoke and flame-free. Of course, the Lumin also masters this perfectly and is therefore ideal for grilling fun on the balcony. But he can do even more. The smoking mode can be selected using the controller so that, with the right smoking chips, the grilled food gets a delicious smoky aroma.
In addition to the smoking mode, the grill can also be used to steam food and can even defrost frozen food so that it can be grilled immediately afterwards. It also has a keep-warm function so that guests can help themselves whenever they are hungry.
Long-lasting material selection
The grill of the Lumin Compact electric grill is made of porcelain-enameled cast iron, which, on the one hand, retains the heat well and thus also conjures up a beautiful grill branding on the grilled food. On the other hand, the material is extremely durable if properly cared for. For example, it should not be handled with sharp objects and cleaning should be done with a soft grill brush with brass or nylon bristles.
The housing of the grill is made of enamelled steel and, like the grate, is very robust and durable. A damp cloth and a little soapy water can be used for cleaning.
The plastic shelter can be easily folded up and set up. On its shelf, in addition to a cutlery holder, it offers additional space for all kinds of accessories.
