The Tepro Gas Smoker Lockport combines two well-known techniques: vertically placed grilled food, like in a smoker. But it is heated using a gas flame, like in almost all modern grills. Together a combination for completely new taste experiences! This means the smoker can be used in a variety of ways. Whether cold or hot smoking, smoking, steaming or grilling, it's all no problem with the Lockport Smoker. The body is made of double-walled, powder-coated steel, which accommodates the 3 stainless steel racks. The food can be placed on this or hung if necessary. Matching smoking hooks are also included. Gas hose and gas pressure regulator are also included so that the gas bottle can be connected immediately. On the one hand, the water bowl provides the steam that cooks the food to be grilled, and on the other hand, it acts as a fat collecting tray and ensures that the smoker is easy to clean after use. The taste can be influenced using aromatic wood chips. The temperature is conveniently controlled via an adjustable gas burner with 3.5 kW output and a thermometer in the door.
