Efficient control of underfloor heating

Do you want to regulate your underfloor heating precisely and control the temperatures efficiently? – Then the Homematic IP actuator is exactly the right smart addition to your home. The motorized control of the underfloor heating valves allows you to comfortably control the room climate. Compared to conventional actuators, the motor-controlled actuator enables precise regulation of the flow rate, which means that boilers can be used more efficiently and temperatures can be regulated much more precisely. The drive technology, which has been tried and tested millions of times in radiator control, is also used in the actuator and ensures precise and reliable regulation of the required valve position.

Quick installation

The installation is simplified by the fact that the Homematic IP System automatically recognizes the respective valve position as well as the stroke and thus protects the mechanics. The actuator is controlled by

• the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator - 12-fold, motorized (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) (available separately) and
• the Homematic IP wall thermostat (e.g. HmIP-WTH-2) (available separately)

Tool-free Assembly: The actuator can be mounted flexibly in any position using a click lock. The electrical connection with the plug is also completed in just a few seconds. The included M30 x 1.5 mm mounting adapter enables quick installation on the most common valves from leading manufacturers. Suitable adapters are available for other types of valves.
