The HL460 wood splitter from Scheppach is suitable for splitting material lengths of up to 370 mm. The mesh cage around the splitting space protects the user from splintering wood and also prevents accidental intervention during the splitting process. Thanks to the splitting pressure of 4 t, firewood can be processed quickly and reliably. Wood diameters from 55 to 250 mm can be split. Thanks to the two wheels, the robust device can be easily moved and loaded. In operating mode, the wheels together with the stable base ensure a secure stand. The hydraulic motor is powered by a 230 V mains voltage, the motor power is 1,500 W. The automatic return makes use easier, and the two-hand operation of the hydraulic splitter also offers good security against accidental reaching in during operation. The torsion-resistant steel construction is powder-coated and has a long service life.
