The Homematic IP access point serves as the basis for using the various smart home devices from the same series. Thanks to the integrated cloud solution, the devices can be controlled not only locally, but also while on the move. Since no personal data is requested during setup, the user remains anonymous despite using a cloud solution. The data exchange between the connected devices remains encrypted.

Simple commissioning: To commission the Access Point only requires a connection to the Internet router. Once a connection has been established, the functions can be accessed via the smartphone using the free and clear Homematic IP app. Due to the high radio range of 400m, even remote rooms can be integrated into the smart system. With an output of 1.1 watts in idle mode, no high electricity costs are to be expected. The operating status can be easily recognized based on the color of the system button. Depending on your needs, the device can be mounted on the wall or placed anywhere in the room.

Advanced Routing: With this innovative function, the system can be expanded with an additional access point. A total of 80 devices can be connected per access point.
